  5. I have just uploaded a file called RBSMSG20.BAS, which is an RBBS-PC
  6. SYSOP utility. This program edits RBBS message base headers and also
  7. allows the SYSOP to copy messages into specified "conferences". He
  8. may then delete the message from the message base from where it was
  9. copied using the same program. RBSMSG20.BAS is v. 2.0 of Rbbsmsg.Bas,
  10. and replaces all previous versions. Many bugs have now been removed,
  11. and messages may now be safely copied from conference to conference,
  12. main msg base to conference, conference to main msg base, etc. Private
  13. msgs may be made public, or public made private. Recently a user called
  14. my board DIAL-A-GURU BBS (718-624-8614 24 hours) and wanted to tell
  15. a joke on our "jokes" conference, but she wasn't sure it was alright
  16. to tell, as it was a politically oriented joke, so she wanted to leave
  17. it as a protected message to the sysop, and if I liked it I could then
  18. unprotect it. RBSMSG20.BAS makes this very simple to do. Using RBSMSG20,
  19. the SYSOP can easily jump around the message base from beginning to end
  20. and back again with one key stroke, or select any specific record to go
  21. to, or simply scan forward or backwards through the message base one
  22. message at a time. All RBBS-PC sysops should have this utility program.
